Symptoms

'CLE VAT Register (CZ) Effective 01.01.2013' Report Not Having ‘Additional Reporting Period’ Parameter 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing Vision Israel Responsibility
2. Go to View Requests-> Submit a New Request
3. Run 'CLE VAT Register ( CZ ) effective 01.01.2013' concurrent program
4. Observe that 'Additional Reporting Period’ parameter is not available
