Performance Slow For Self Service For Timecards On Uenvi/Aenvi (Doc ID 298012.1)

Symptoms

Severe performance problems encountered while entering and submitting timecards.

1) Bringing up the create timecard screen (Main menu -> Time Entry -> <Create

Timecard> button.  As per  attached timings this can take around 5.5 minutes. 

On some occasions it would time out giving page not found screen.

2) Once a value from a LOV is picked, time to refresh timecard can take 3-4 minutes.
