Table Validated Context Value Set Must Not Use Id Column Longer Than 30

When attempting to save changes to the Default Value in the Mileage Segment
descriptive flexfield, the following error message is displayed after this navigation and steps:
Navigation : Payables Manager > Other > Flexfield > Descriptive.
Update the Segment Values for the DFF with new mileage rate.
Navigated to default Value field.
Changed Default Value
"Error: Table Validation Context Value Set must not use ID Column longer than 30".
Trying to re-freeze and re-complile the 'Expense Report Line' descriptive flexfield , the form shows an error.
" Error: Table Validated Context Value Set must not use ID Column longer than 30 ".
