Email Message Does Not Open When Clicking On The Email Link In The Interactions Tab In Service Request Form (Doc ID 2980839.1)

When attempting to click on the Email Link in the Interactions grid under the History tab, the email does not open and the users receive the message below. This was not an issue in the Release 12.1.3 instance .

The message you are attempting to view has been removed from the message store. This may happen when the administrator removes it from the historical folder. Please contact the System Administrator if you have any questions regarding this.

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Query SR
Click on the Interaction record under Activity Details in the Interactions tab

The message above is displayed in the new window.
