Symptoms

Seller Facilitated Orders will not interface in to the E-Business Suite as the concurrent request completes with Errors.

Error:
"EGO_USER_ATTRS_DATA_PVT"."Process_User_Attrs_Data" "ORA-01403:" no data found

 

Replication Steps:

1. Login and navigate to the Purchasing Responsibility
2. Choose Reports/Run
3. Choose Single Request - Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program
4. Submit the program
5. View the concurrent request log and note the error is seen

Changes

 The application was upgraded to 12.2.12.
