'The Order Header ID (nnnnnn) passed is invalid' Error When Trying To Book A Logistics Line (Doc ID 2982156.1)

Symptoms

Find that a Logistics line is stuck in 'Submitted' status. When trying to book the line the following error occurs:

The Order Header ID (nnnnnn) passed is invalid
In when others exception [100501: non-ORACLE exception]


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Depot Repair Manager responsibility.
2. Open the Service Order.
3. Go to Logistics tab and select the line that is in 'Submitted' status.
4. Try to book the line.
The error is displayed.
