ZA: Wrong Value for PAYE Is Displayed on the SOE Report for Employee(s) With a Tax Status Change During Tax Year After Running Payroll Run ZA Process (Doc ID 2982218.1)

After running 'Payroll Run ZA' process, the value for 'PAYE' (Pay As You Earn - tax) seeded element is incorrect on the SOE (Statement Of Earnings) Report for employee(s) with a tax status change during South Africa (ZA) tax year.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under ZA HRMS Manager Responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Entries > Query for element 'ZA_Tax' > Entry Values.
3. Change 'Tax Status' value during tax year (for example: starting with 01 June 2023) and SAVE.
  Note: For example, change 'Tax Status' from 'Normal' to 'Directive Percentage'.
4. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'Payroll Run ZA' process for the relevant payroll period (for example: June 2023 month).
5. Navigate to View > Payroll Process Results > Query for above process run > Assignment Process > Query for above employee > SOE Report.
6. Observe wrong value for 'PAYE' element.
