In iProcurement Unable to Display the Transaction Nature Field in the "Edit and Submit Requisition" Page Using an OAFramework Personalization (Doc ID 2982254.1)

Symptoms

Using an OAFramework Personalization the Transaction Nature field in the Edit and Submit Requisition page is not displaying


STEPS
-----------------------
1. From iProcurement responsibility click on Shop tab
2. Choose items and click Add to Cart
3. Click View Cart and Checkout
4. This opens the Edit and Submit Requisition page
5. Use the Gear icon in upper right corner and click Personalize Page
6. Click Expand All
7. See the row called "Sortable Header: Transaction Nature" and that Rendered = True (indicating the field should display on the page)
8. However the Transaction Nature field does not display on the page
