When attempting to delete Release Management processing Rules in the Customer Rules Form,
the following error occurs.

Cannot delete Header record when matching detail record exist


STEPS
-----------------------
 1. Responsibility: Release Management.
 2. Setup > Processing Rules.
 3. Find > OU: XXXX.
 4. Go to Customer Tab: No items exist for this Location Code.
 5. When trying to Delete the Rule getting the above error.
