Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Performance Issue

Performance issues are observed with Credit Check Processor program after Upgrade. Program is running for more than 5 hours
Facing performance issues with the program after recent upgrade to 12.2.10, earlier it used to run for maximum 20 minutes but now it is running more than 5 hours.

TKPROF output shows the most expensive query:

 

Expect to have the same performance as it was before upgrade.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Reports, Requests
4. Submit the Credit Check Processor Request,
