Symptoms
Lump Sum E greater than 10 years ago is being incorrectly reported in Single Touch Payroll 2022 Report
For Example : We can see that Lump Sum E greater than 10 years ago is being incorrectly reported in Single Touch Payroll 2022 Report as being in financial year 2014, instead of being in FY 2013.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Au HRMS Super User
2. Navigate to People > Enter & Maintain > Assignment > Salary
++Perform Date tracked salary changes in year 2012
3. Navigate to View > Submit Request > Run Retropay Enhanced
4. Run Payroll
5. Submit Single Touch Payroll Archive 2022
6. Submit Single Touch Payroll 2022
