JEDEAPPL - German Payables Separate Payment Letter

 Responsibility: Oracle Payables
Path: Other -> Requests -> Run

The German Payables Separate Payment Letter (JEDEAPPL) finishes with the following errors:

REP-1401: 'afterreport': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (.) violated

For example:

A batch name longer than 30 is allowed, however, it seems only the first 30 characters is taken, and when inserting into table je_de_ap_batches, the error 'ORA-00001: unique constraint (.) violated' will occur if the same name already exists. Entering 'KP Test 12/20/2004 - Scenario 3', for example, but in the table there exists 'KP Test 12/20/2004 - Scenario', which is the first 30 characters.
