Unable to Save Employee Payment Method and Bank Details (Doc ID 2982572.1)

Unable to save a personal payment method. After entering the data on save the record is not saved and no error is displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to US HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Go to Personal Payment Method
  (N) People > Enter and Maintain > (B) Assignments > (B) Others > Pay Method
3. Enter payment method information and save
4. Not able to save and no error is shown
