After Running the INV ECC Load Supply/Demand Data Load, Find That User Created ATP Rules Are Deleted (Doc ID 2982607.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 24, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Inventory Management - Version 12.2.11 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Inventory ECC Supply/Demand Full Data Load is deleting some user generated ATP Rules from table MTL_ATP_RULES.

For example, a  rule is defined as follows in the ATP Rules form:

Infinite Supply: Option: User-defined time fence Days: 100
Demand Sources: Sales Orders Discrete Wip
Supply Sources: Discrete Wip Internal Reqs Supplier Reqs Purchase Orders On-hand Available Interorg Transfers Flow Schedules

The rule is then assigned to our master item templates which are used to create our items.

As a result, users cannot schedule sales orders as the ATP Rule is missing, affecting the order fulfillment.

Refer to the following document no how to install/configure and run the various ECC Dashboards and Data Loads:

Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 (Latest Version) (Doc ID 2495053.1)
