Symptoms

When user attempts to upload a journal template using Journal Wizard, the EBS home page appears.

Steps
-------

1. Log into General Ledger responsibility
2. Navigate to Launch Journal Wizard
3. Select layout and Create document
4. Enter data to complete journal
5. Select Upload
6. See Oracle EBS Homepage appear on top of template
