Symptoms
In Purchasing responsibility, when attempting to save a Purchase Order, the following error occurs.

Unexpected error occurred during Tax Calculation. Exception: 023 - A mandatory constraint to generate unique record in ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS.
Exception: 023 - A mandatory constraint to generate unique record in ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS is violated with error code ORA-00001."

1. From Purchasing responsibility >> Purchase Orders >> query for an existing Purchase Order >> tools >> Copy PO
2. Copy PO and change charge account
