Future Dated Termination Quote Will Not Save Description Or Comments and Will Error "You may only accept quotes with effective dates within 60 days from the current date" (Doc ID 2983186.1)

Symptoms

Future dated termination quote will not save description or comments.
Created a partial termination quote and forgot to add description or comments. When the quote is in drafted status add either or both description or comments and save. If the partial termination quote is within the 60 days specified in the system option Accept Future Dated Quotes Limit the description or comments can be saved in Drafted status. However, if the partial termination quote is larger than the 60 days specified in the system option Accept Future Dated Quotes Limit the description or comments cannot be saved and will produce an error in Drafted status.

You may only accept quotes with effective dates within 60 days from the current date of DD-MON-YYYY.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User responsibility, navigate to Asset Management > Termination Quotes.
2. Create Partial Termination Quote with the following:
Quote Type Termination – with Purchase
Quote Reason Equipment Buy-out
3. Add Assets to Terminate.
4. Click finish. Quote is created and in Drafted status.
5. Select Update and try to add description and comments and save and will receive the error.
