Oracle Order Management - Version 12.1.3 to 12.2.12 [Release 12.1 to 12.2]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
The Order Organizer functions differently when called from Oracle Release Management Shipments.
The Order Organizer does not appear to work properly (allowing user to sort results) when launched from RLM workbench.
When the Order Organizer is launched from Order Management, the sort is allowed and as expected.
Expectation is to have the same capability when launching from the Release Management Line.
Goal is a modification to the Order Organizer line Shipments sort order when a user is launching this form from the RLM Workbench lines (Shipments button).
Business requirement is the Shipments result to be sorted in descending order by Request Date with most recent at the top.
There is significant time lost when the CSR needs to navigate to the bottom of the current sort.
Users must use View>Record>Last from menu bar in the Order organizer to find the most recent results.
How can this be achieved?
