OTL: Issue With Timecard Approval When Timecard Is Entered For A Previous Period After Person Type Change (Contingent Worker To Employee) (Doc ID 2983483.1)

Problem Statement:
Person Type was changed from Contingent Worker to Employee. Timecard was entered and submitted for the period when the person was Contingent Worker. Timecard remains in Submitted status and no notification is sent to the approver.

Person was hired as a Contingent Worker on 29-Jun-2022
Person was a Contingent Worker till 31-Mar-2023 and changed to Employee from 01-Apr-2023
Timecard submitted for the period 20-Mar-2023 to 26-Mar-2023
Timecard in Submitted status with no notification being sent

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain
3. Find the person
4. Change the Person Type from Contingent Worker to Employee and save in Update mode
5. Responsibility: Self Service Time
6. Enter and submit a timecard for the period in which person was Contingent Worker
7. See the above issue
