Symptoms
When attempting to access the ECC dashboard post changing the ECC database password, the ECC dashboard is inaccessible and following generic error message shows on the User Interface (UI):
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
The issue can be replicated using below steps:
1. Login to the EBS instance
2. Reset password in EBS instance by connecting to the EBS database as sys user
connect as sys in PDB
alter user ECC identified by "&ecc_password";
3. Access ECC dashboard to see if it is accessible.
