Opm Quality Sample Disposition Workflow Does not create a Notification (Doc ID 298390.1)

The following steps have been performed

1) Enabled the 'oracle.apps.gmd.qm.sample.disposition' business event.

2) Enabled a Subscription for this Event.

3) An approval hierarchy was created and tested in AME.

4) A sample was created and results entered.

5) The sample's disposition was changed automatically to 'Complete'

6) The workflow was seen to start and complete but no notification was sent to the contact person defined in AME.
