Transaction Stuck In 'SENT' Status After Submitting The Batch In Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) Transactions Outbound (Doc ID 2983939.1)

Symptoms

When trying to submit transactions between two entities using Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) functionality, the batch is stuck in 'Sent' Status, when checking it in Outbound Transactions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Navigate to Intercompany Super User responsibility
2. Go to Transactions > Outbound
3. Create a new batch
4. Complete Header and Transactions sections
5. Submit the batch
6. Search the batch to check the status and see it is stuck in 'Sent' Status.
7. When  try to search it in Inbound Transactions, no results found.
