The Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) 'Need-By Shipment Date' field is shown as null in the Purchase Order shipment through the iSupplier portal; however, the same field displays the correct value in the Purchase Order Summary form.

STEPS
1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate to Purchase Order form
3. Create  Purchase Order (PO) using forms with Line level DFF
4. Login to iSupplier portal as External User 
5. Go to Orders > Select the Order > Lines > Shipment 
6. 'Need-By Shipment Date' field is null
