Symptoms
When Final Approver (Department Leave Clerk) is trying to approve the Absence Request from Worklist Notification, Below Error is encountered.
The changes were not applied because ORA-20001: This Person is Not Eligible for the Element Associated with this Absence Type
Steps for Issue Simulation
1. Log in to application as Employee
2. Navigate to Employee Self-Service
3. Navigate to Absence Management -> Create an Absence request
4. Fill in the details and Submit it for approval to its Manager
5. Log in to application as Manager
6. Navigate to Worklist.
7. Approves the Leave Request Submitted by Employee
8. Log in to application as Final Approver (Department Leave Clerk)
9. Navigate to Worklist
10. Approve the Leave Request
