Symptoms

Some sales orders cannot be pick released even though there is sufficient quantity on-hand and available to transact.  The Pick Selection List Generation log file shows:

Pick Release process could not allocate 2 of item 4820-0796 for order 25842 as there was insufficient quantity available Or Inventory allocations have failed, and the line has been back ordered.
