PO description hyperlink is not reflected on purchase order approval notification. 

In Purchase Order notification approval page, the hyperlink URL that was added to the Description via personalization is not active / reflected.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the application >> Access the notification list >> click on a purchase Order Approval Notification.
