"WSDL definition not found" Error in ARVRMFES: Fusion File Transfer, Ess Job Loader (spawned by Create Revenue Management Data Export File) (Doc ID 2984654.1)

Symptoms

 When setting up Oracle E-Business Suite coexistence solution for integration with Revenue Management Cloud Service according to Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) solution for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) (Doc ID 2244173.1), error is received when running Create Revenue Management Data Export File.

Child program ARVRMFES: Fusion File Transfer, Ess Job Loader is spawned and fails with the following error in the log file:

 

oracle.apps.ar.vrm.coexist.util.ArVrmEssUtil.raiseEvent()oracle.apps.fnd.wf.bes.BusinessEventException: Exception when Invoking Web Service -> oracle.apps.fnd.sif.util.SIFDataException: Unable to load WSDL definition: [oracle.apps.fnd.wf.bes.BusinessEventException - WSDL definition not found in cache, also cannot be loaded from URL https://eicj-test.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/publicFinancialCommonErpIntegration/ErpIntegrationService?wsdl]
