Symptoms

When trying to View Members of a Learner Group with Eligibility Profile, the following error is generated on Learner Groups page:

ERROR
-----------------------
You cannot view members of this learner group as the Process Eligibility Profiles for Learner Groups program is still running or has failed for xxxx.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Oracle Learning Management responsibility.

2. Navigate to Catalog Administration > Setup tab.

3. Go to Learner Groups link.

4. Search for a Learner Group.

5. Click on View Members option.

6. Get error.
