Lot Number is Not Updated in MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIES_DETAIL and MTL_TRANSACTION_LOT_NUMBERS Though PO is Fully Received (Doc ID 2984977.1)

Symptoms

PO is received and delivered for an lot controlled item but lot number is not updated in MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIES_DETAIL (MOQD) and MTL_TRANSACTION_LOT_NUMBERS(MTLN) tables.

Issue occurs only when the profile: RCV: Processing Mode is set to "Online".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Oracle EBS application

2. Navigate to Inventory responsibility > Transactions > Returns

3. Return the PO line item

4. Enable the PO line item to lot controlled from non-lot controlled

    (Navigation: Inventory responsibility > Items > Master Items)

5. Perform PO receipt and deliver transaction for the same PO line item which was returned earlier

   (Navigation: Inventory > Transactions > Receiving > Receipts)

6. Verify the onhand details from Material Workbench form, observe that lot number is not updated
