Receiving Locations List of Value From Receipts Form Is Not Returning All Values When Using Portuguese Language but Returning All Values When Using English Language

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using Portuguese related language and navigating to Receipts related form and look up list of values
associated with field 'Receiving Location', notice there are only 3 locations returned in the list of values to choose.
Whereas, if you switch to English related language and navigate to same Receipts related form and check list of values
associated with field 'Receiving Location', notice there are 9 locations.
STEPS
--------
I. Scenario when using Portuguese related language:
A. Using Responsibility 'CXX Super User' navigate to Receipts related form and choose an organization.
B. From field 'Receiving Location', using wild card value such as % check what available locations are in the list of values.
1) Notice there are only 3 rows returned.
2) The three locations are (example):
- HXX Sao Paulo
- RJXX Rio De Janeiro
- SAXX Sal Paulo
3) Was expecting 9 locations such as those below(example):
- CMXX Sao Paulo
- CMAXX Sao Paulo
- HRXX Sao Paulo
- HRTXX1 Sao Paulo
- RJXX Rio de Janeiro
- RJNXX Rio de Janeiro
- RJNRXX Rio de Janeiro
- SAXX Sao Paulo
- SAPXX Sao Paulo
II. Scenario when using English related language:
A. Using same Responsibility 'CXX Super User' navigate to Receipts related form and choose an organization.
B. From field 'Receiving Location', using wild card value such as % check what available locations are in the list of values.
1) Notice all expected 9 locations related like those below(example):
- CMXX Sao Paulo
- CMAXX Sao Paulo
