Symptoms
Unable to run Create Accounting program in Payables Module.
An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00200_AAD_S_000002_PKG.insert_sources_274. ORA-28113: policy predicate has error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payable responsibility
2. View > Request > Submit new request
3. Run the create accounting program
4. Review the Create accounting program log file
