Advance Collections: Dunning Letters are Delivered in "American English" Although The Language "Latin American Spanish" is Specified in Customers UI Page (Doc ID 2985329.1)

Symptoms

While sending dunning letters, the email subject and body are delivered in "American English" although the language "Latin American Spanish" is specified in Customers page.

The issue occurs for both the Collections Method i.e. Dunning and Strategy.

The issue can be reproduced using the below steps.

  1. Responsibility: Receivables > Customers
  2. Query a Customer
  3. Go to Account Site Address > Set the Language to "Latin American Spanish"
  4. Responsibility: Collections Agent > Collections
  5. Query up above customer.
  6. Go To strategy tab, make sure there exist an Open work item of type e-mail
  7. View>Requests > Run "Workflow Background Process" with item type "IEX: Strategy Fulfillment Mailer"
  8. Above would spawn XML Delivery Manager and the letter would be sent
  9. Check the email subject, body and attachment content to see they are delivered in English
