Symptoms

Israeli Localization Open Format File Generation Program is showing Opening Balance as Null.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Israel Localization responsibility.
2. Run the Israeli Localization Open Format File Generation program for the given Financial Year.
3. Notice that the program output is not showing the opening balance for some accounts.
