IStore Copy Quote - Wrong TOP_MODEL_LINE_ID On Service Lines (Doc ID 2985863.1)

When copying an iStore quote having multiple models, wrong TO_MODEL_LINE_ID gets updated on table ASO_QUOTE_LINE_DETAILS for service lines.

The issue happens when:
•    IStore quote has multiple model lines
•    And any of the models (except the last) is reconfigured or added additional items through Quoting page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Special Bid quote with 4 models - let's say A,B,C and D , from iStore
2. Approver adds additional Service item for the first model - A from Quoting page
3. Approve the quote.
4. User copies the above approved quote to a new quote(duplicate quote) from iStore
5. When queried the duplicate quote in ASO_QUOTE_LINE_DETAILS table , the TO_MODEL_LINE_ID of additional service line is Quote_line_id of last model (D) instead of A's Quote_line_id. SERVICE_REF_LINE_ID is correct on such lines.
