Symptoms
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submitting and running the concurrent requests having Execution Method as Oracle Reports.
2. Requests failing with the below error messages:
Cannot map text for library<$ORACLE_HOME/lib32/librw.so>: mmap(0x0, 0x1ca7280, 0x5, 0x41, 3, 0x0) returns Not enough space
