Symptoms
When running ADOP FS clone, following error occurs :
validateOHSInstalledValue ...
===================================================
The value of s_web_entry_status in run context file is enabled
The value of s_apcstatus in run context file is enabled
The value of s_ohs_installed in run context file is false
ERROR: 's_ohs_installed' should be set to 'generateEBSOHSConfigFiles' in case 's_web_entry_status' and 's_apcstatus' are set to 'enabled' in run context file.
Corrective Action: delete and create the ohs instance again on run file system
