Unable To Open The Receiving Transaction Form (Doc ID 2986198.1)

Symptoms

The users are unable to open the receiving transaction form. No error or warning message is displayed and there is no response from the form either.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Inventory --> Transactions --> Receiving--> Receiving Transactions
2. Select the organization and try to open the form.
