Symptoms

When trying to apply Patch 35840000:R12.PAY.C, few forms end up in errors as below:

1. Apply Patch 35840000:R12.PAY.C (US & CANADA END OF YEAR 2023 STATUTORY UPDATE I for 12.2.x)

2. Worker jobs failed to generate form files.
