User submitted request Projects Costing and Billing ECC Data Load to load data into ECC Dashboard but request completed with error.

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Project responsibility
2. Navigate to View > Requests
3. Click on Submit a New Request
4. Provide request name Projects Costing and Billing ECC Data Load
5. Click on Submit button
6. This request will trigger ECC Run Data Load request which completes in warning
