DATAFIX : Pick Release Fails With Exception : "Cannot autocreate delivery/trip for XXXXX since the drop-off location id is null" (Doc ID 2986419.1)

Symptoms

Pick Release is failing for a particular end customer order with the below error in the Pick Release log

ERROR

msg_buffer ==> Cannot autocreate delivery/trip for XXXXX since the drop-off location id is null
SHIPTO LOCATION NOT FOUND FOR XXXXX
msg_buffer ==> Deliveries could not be automatically created. The lines may already be assigned to existing deliveries.
Error occurred in WSH_DELIVERY_AUTOCREATE.Autocreate_Deliveries
Error occurred in WSH_PICK_LIST.Autocreate_Deliveries
SQLCODE: 1 SQLERRM: User-Defined Exception
Exception occurred in WSH_PICK_LIST.Release_Batch_Sub
Exiting WSH_PICK_LIST.RELEASE_BATCH_SUB - EXCEPTION:E_RETURN
Return from Release_Batch_Sub
retcode ==> 2
errbuf ==> Exception occurred in WSH_PICK_LIST

STEPS
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to Menu path > Shipping > Release Sales Order Form > Execute Pick Release for the given order
4. Run the concurrent program "Pick Release SRS process"
