Last updated on MARCH 12, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Purchasing - Version 12.2.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In G-Invoicing, the Capitalized Asset Indicator value is copied over to the new IGT Order when using Duplicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Purchasing responsibility, navigate to Buyer Work Center > Orders.

2. Click on IGT Orders tab and select an IGT Order in an Approved Status (G-Invoicing Status is Open).

3. From the Order drop-down list, select Duplicate without Attachments and click on the Go button.

4. Provide the order number for the new order.

5. Update the description on the new order and save changes.

6. Navigate to the Line Details page and scroll down to the Capitalized Asset Indicator field and notice value from the original (approved) IGT Order is copied over to the new IGT Order.

7. The value should not be copied from the original IGT Order because when a new IGT Order is created, this Capitalized Asset Indictor field is blank and it is selected by the Servicing Agency in G-INVOICING.
