Symptoms

Intergovernmental Orders (IGT Orders) are no longer be transferred to the treasury g-invoicing destination site due to errors.

Error:
Concurrent request log shows:
Building the payload for the request
Calling the G-Invoicing service
Server returned responseCode: 500 and responseMessage: Internal Server Error
System time after receiving response Mon Nov 13 14:17:36 GMT 2023
Reading from response stream
Error handling block for rest service call: null
ResponseMessage: Internal Server Error
Record update block begin
Record update block end
CP main completed runProgram for oracle.apps.po.igt.common.POIGTServiceInvokerCP

 

From the IGT_DOCUMENT_REQUESTS table - RESPONSE_XML value is showing this error:

<Envelope><Body><Fault><faultcode>env:Client</faultcode><faultstring>Rejected by policy. (from client)</faultstring></Fault></Body></Envelope>

Replication Steps:
1. Create the Intergovernmental Order (IGT Order) using the purchasing module.
2. Proceed to progress the IGT Order through approvals
3. Choose Requests/Run - Single Request - submit the PO_IGT_SERVICE_INVOKER_ORDER: Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program
4. Upon completion - the concurrent request log is showing the above error information
