NL: Employer Start Date and End Date for Employees with Active and Terminated Assignments Are Missing From the Process Output After Running Dutch Annual Tax Statement for the Employee Report New Process (Doc ID 2987081.1)

Symptoms

Employer Start Date and End Date are missing for employees with terminated and active assignments from the process output after running "Dutch Annual Tax Statement for the Employee Report New" concurrent program.

Note: If an employee is terminated using End Employment form, then the report shows an end date at the period of service at employee level.
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under NL HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Terminate current active assignment and create new one having a new employer.
3. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run Dutch Annual Tax Statement Archive process.
4. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run Dutch Annual Tax Statement for the Employee Report New process.
5. Check Dutch Annual Tax Statement for the Employee Report New process output and observe that Employer Start Date and End Date are missing for above employee.
