After Applying Patch R12.ATG_PF.C.DELTA.11(33527666) and (CVR) Cross Validation Rule Fails During Auto Accounting, the Projects Concurrent Processes Complete With Signal 11 Error (Doc ID 2987333.1)

Symptoms

After applying Patch R12.ATG_PF.C.DELTA.11 (Patch 33527666) and (CVR) Cross Validation Rule fails during Auto Accounting Projects, the Projects concurrent processes completes with signal 11 error when there is auto accounting error:

In the last range of key flex field
Program was terminated by signal 11

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Login to Project Accounting Responsibility
2.  Navigate to View > Requests
3.  Run a Projects concurrent process
