Symptoms

Attempting to approve  the Blanket Agreements in the core Purchasing - Purchase Order entry form - and upon choosing the approve button an error is immediately displayed

Error: APP-PO-14142: In Exception of
Start_WF_process()-PO_REQAPPROVAL_INIT1.Start_WF_Process: in exception handler: ORA-20002: 3101: Status row for item
'POAPPRV/######', activity ID '361101' does not exist.

Cause: A SQL Error has occurred in in Exception of Start_W_process(). The SQL error is ORA-20002: 3101:
status for row for item 'POAPPRV/######', activity ID '361101' does not exist.



Replication Steps:
1. Purchasing - Purchase Orders/Purchase Orders
    The Blanket Agreement information is entered or queried from previously being entered
2. Choose the Approve button 
3. Error is encountered
