Symptoms

Post mass addition program failed with error. The error is displayed on the Post Mass Additions concurrent request log file: 

ERROR

User-Defined Exception
Error: function FA_AMORT_PVT.faxama returned failure
Error: function fa_adjustment_pvt.do_adjustment returned failure
Error: function fa_adjustment_pub.do_all_books returned failure
Error: function fa_adjustment_pub.do_adjustment returned failure
Mass Addition ID: 30227270 ==> ** Failed **


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assets responsibility > Other > Requests > Submit Post Mass Additions concurrent request.
2. Observed error in the concurrent request log file.
