Investor Agreement Enhancement requests.

Ability to identify both original term and evergreen rent within a Pool Number by listing start date and end date by the contract number in the Pool Contents.

Ability to update the Investor Agreement > Terms and Conditions > Investor Disbursements > Payment Event. It would be even better if we could have a minimum term payment event and an evergreen term payment event on the Investor Agreement Number since we can have more than one contract number within a Pool Number.

Ability to attach an Evergreen contract to a Pool Number and then to an Investor Agreement Number.

Ability to remove a Pool Number or Investor Agreement Number if it is in New or Incomplete status and was created in error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User responsibility, navigate to Lease > Investor.
2. Create a Pool.
3. Create Investor Agreement.
