Symptoms
Renewal Quote was created for Contract. The Quote was accepted and contract was terminated. However, when clicking on "Create Renewal Contract", system is showing error page and the new contract is not getting created.

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, create renewal quote for contract.
2. Price and accept the renewal quote.
3. Validate that the contract gets terminated.
4. Select the renewal quote and click on "Create Renewal Contract" button and the error happens.
