No Entries Found for Reporting Context List of Values (LOV) Parameter When Trying to Run AR Aging Reports (Doc ID 2988431.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade from 12.1.1. to 12.2.3, when running AR Aging Reports, the Reporting Context parameter does not provide any values in the LOV.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:      Reports > Accounting

            1. Try to run "Aging - 7 Buckets Report" or any other Aging Report

            2. Open Reporting Context LOV

 Issue occurs after upgrade from 12.1.1. to 12.2.3
