Symptoms

When MPS and MRP run, the WIP Mass Load concurrent request completes with the following error and no work orders are created.

ERROR
WICMLX: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/oracle/fs1/EBSapps/appl/wip/12.0.0/bin/WICMLX
Program exited with status 127

STEPS
1. From MRP workbench, click Supply button and find an item
2. Select the checkbox against one of the records eligible for releasing and click on Release
3. Go to view requests and notice that WIP Mass Load program has erred out
